Please ensure that you can provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Return Process

If you need to return a product, we request that you reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe, preferably within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the appropriate address for sending it back.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund promptly, in compliance with our obligations under the ACL.

Please keep in mind that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence on your part.

Furthermore, it does not extend to damage caused by accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

please note in order for both warranty and installation to apply you need to have sought proffesional installation or proved in a resaonable manner that the installtion was not the cause of the issue, as quite often its a matter of controller installation, versus a defective product
